The two fold teaching of the worldly so called church!

The two fold teaching of the worldly so called church!

1) Sin is not punished and 2) Obedience is not blessed.

I have heard the "sin is not punished" by many for years but of late I am hearing more and more preaching on "obedience is not blessed."

In other words people are saying God blesses based on HIM just blessing you... not by your works?

How false a doctrine that is riding in on the false grace teaching being preached by Swaggart, Creflo and Prince.

The fault in Bible complications is not with God or the Bible, but with men who refuse to believe what God says and think we have to interpret what He says in order to get the meaning. Dake Bible -Mark 11:17 note

Let's climb up on this soapbox!

I am sure you know that part of that message culminates in you don't need to obey and can sin your way to eternal life. I know you must tire of the two-fold teaching.

Gracites can get under your skin. You can preach obedience to them till the cows come home and you are just wasting breath into the air.

How can anyone that hears the word think they will go through this life thinking that God does not require obedience?

bibleman, you ever taken the time to notice just how captivating men's words are to one that simply does not take the time to measure them against God's word and discern what is being said and the agenda behind it? You can look at youtube and in minutes you can be totally consumed with their words.

Think of how powerful that those preachers could be had they preached Word that was not mixed with their perceptions. Many would have done better just to read from God's word! You listen to most of those folks and they have little to no Word residing and it is doubtful that they even understand the source of what they are speaking! This is the bad part of it all. By their words, they have convinced themselves of what they speak. Creflo and Copeland are perfect examples.

I do think that this is the primary way the deceiver works. Just as he deceived early on and they bought it the method still works today and produces sin. Remember the parable of the sower where Jesus illustrates how the thief steals from us? What is sown in our hearts comes out our mouths, so how do you steal that thing which is sown in the heart? You steal it by stealing the Word. You replace what is in your heart by words that deceive your heart. Those become actions that have consequences.

Look at the mega preachers that captivate the sheeples and get them to do just about anything they want. People have completely broken themselves even to the point of selling their home and being in poverty for the pulpit lunatics. I totally believe in prosperity, health, and righteousness, yet I do not believe in what the majority of mega preachers teach about these things.

Well yes Copeland does give lots of stories and illustrations BUT Creflo since he has been teaching the false grace is giving more Scripture than ever.

Of course he misapplies it and twist it to suit his teaching. But now-a-days Creflo stays in the Bible for his teaching.
