What about it! Should a Christian get a tattoo?

Here is an OT reference: Leviticus 19:28 “ Ye shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor print any marks upon you: I am the LORD.”

The fault in Bible complications is not with God or the Bible, but with men who refuse to believe what God says and think we have to interpret what He says in order to get the meaning. Dake Bible -Mark 11:17 note

Pastor Parsley and his daughter, Ashton, both went and got tattoos, a few years ago (back when Todd Bentey was popular). He told her the only way she could get one was if he could, too.

His says, "Living sacrifice."

I really don't see anything Biblical against it.

BUT I don't care for them. They just look dirty to me. That old blue ink coming through your skin! Yuk.

Yep, probably not so much a matter of right or wrong, yet certainly not the best things at all. They do draw attention as well which in some cases is not wise for a child of God. It is kind of like drinking toilet water, doesn't mean it is wrong, but should one do it?

Word up!

Well Billy, I for one have done a number of things in life I wish I had never done.

But that is life - we all live and learn - hopefully!

Yep. There are still some Christians that have the "warped" idea that Christians ought not get tattoos.
