Like Ed, Im not judging you or others, I say God would not approve of some of the extreems I have shown as examples. I do know people like them.

If so, my personal reaction to people who do this, and I meet many is, Why the hell would anyone, especially a man, want to wear a piece of metal in their lip?? I think, are they mad or something? Ye'h I know, some have them in their tongues, noses, eye brows, I saw one bloke bragging in the bath house at an underground mine who had one in his forskin??? laughing saying, look at this, saying the chicks love it! I told him,come near me waving that around and I will tear it right off with my bare hands, and I meant the lot! not just the ring! What a goose he was! Is this normal? What of people were born with them? Most would be running to doctors to have them removed! If you wear metal, not for reaction then why wear it? Do like setting off security alarms at airports?

Mate, I was some crazy bloke at your age, I did some things which would scare the pants of most men in my day and even more so today, but I would never allow someone to tatt me of ring/stud me in the ear, nose, lip, tongue, eyebrow, forskin, or any other place on my body.

We are created in God's image and likeness and He has none of these things on Himself. In my opinion, these things are promoted by an unclean spirit.

It's a gif and animated picture. It a serious of snap shots put together to make it's animated, Then done with a computer program or there is a web site that does it for you if you have a web cam.
The jewelry? A spike collar, no meaning other then I just like it, well maybe its just mocking real jewelry. You know, kind of mocking the bling bling and gold watches, not that there is anything wrong with gold watches. Goths wear stuff like this for aesthetic purposes, not to in press or show wealth, or because it's in style. The necklace is a crucifix like what you see on a rosary. I just simply took the beads off and added the crucifix from a rosary my dad gave me(he is catholic) we use to but heads a lot on theology lol. The arm things are fishnets. (Fishers of men) And also It was from the style of the early Goth bands like "the cure" and other 80s post punk bands. Fishnets are kind of a hallmark of traditional Goth clothing. The shirt is actually a picture of Jesus or the actor that played Him in the movie King of kings. It crumpled up so it looks like a bull dog. lol. You know what's weird? Do to the way I dress, mixing gothic imagery with Christian symbols have open a lot of doors to witness to people. Random people will ask question about my appearance, so I get to explain things then in turn tell them about Jesus. Funny thing is the same thing happens to my wife, she is alternative "Goth" as well(Maybe, I will do a gif of her so you can see how beautiful she is)Normal people and other Goths come up to us, then we get to share the gospel as a result of our appearance. And its not like we preach at people, they just seem very interested at the fact that we are Christians and we look the way we do and like to ask us about our faith. We don't do it on purpose, it just seems God uses it in this way for some reason. Maybe God likes to use people that other people think are useless, or some how unqualified. kind of like the scripture when it says God uses the weak to do the strong etc.

Yeah it's a spike, I also have my big nose pierced lol. and three in my left ear and one in my right.

Wow, now even I think that is a bit crazy. Piercing your genitals is were I draw the line. This guys does sound like he is a bit off, and no Its not right, no wonder your aversion. I myself don't like every kind of tats, or every interpretation of Goth or or self expression. When it come to being a Christian who is alternative or Goth or what ever we have to still abide by the bible. I believe there are inappropriate tattoos and jewelry, and piercing. Christian Goths or any Christian for that matter should never wear pentagrams, get sexual or blasphemous tats or sexual piercings. I know for some, piercings is a fetish thing, but some make fetishes out of a lot of things.

How so? Now like I said I believe they are inappropriate tattoos and jewelry, and piercing. But some things are not wrong in of themselves. We all wear things that God doesn't wear. God doesn't wear blue jeans or even suits does that mean blue jeans and suits are wrong ? God doesn't wear a wedding ring or a gold watch does that mean they are wrong? But I do believe things like tattoos that are blasphemes or pagan and sexual explicit clothes and piercing may be from an unclean spirit, that is very possible. To me it depends on context and so forth. We as christians sometimes confuse personal preferences and tatst with what God views as wrong. I see this with music art and other things all the time.

I did say certain people get tatted and they recieve reactions form people.

In my opinion Christians need to be faithfull in representing Him as He created us,"In His Image and likeness!

Our body is the temple of God. We do not own our body. For me it is like managing a house for someone. I have to clean and tidy up the place. But for renovation, and permanent change to the place, I have to ask the owner. So unless I have clear approval from God, I will not tattoo or pierce my body.
