What is your definition of "divine" ?
If we use Merriam Webster's definition...
Divine Definition & Meaning
Merriam-Webster
https://www.merriam-webster.com › dictionary › divine
Mar 29, 2024 — The meaning of DIVINE is of, relating to, or proceeding directly from God or a god

As I am "of, related to," God, I am divine.

There are a bunch of preachers/teachers so-called in the USA who openly claim to be divine.
They teach that they don't have a God in them for they are a God.
They also teach that they are begotten just like Jesus was.
They also teach that Jesus was born-again in the 3 days and nights his body was in the tomb while His spirit and soul was in hades.
I cannot find any scripture in the Bible that openly supports these doctrines. They have added to God's word in support of this demonic rubbish.

Well yes on the surface that is what they teach.

But having followed many of their ministries for many years, there is more to it than meets the eyes!

There are a bunch of preachers/teachers so-called in the USA who openly claim to be divine.

Might be.... but I have not heard any of them say that they are divine. Of course I have not heard everything.

They teach that they don't have a God in them for they are a God.

Copeland taught that 50 plus years ago. I have not heard him say it lately however. And in reality Copeland knows he is is not God and indeed bows his knee to God and worships God - not himself are anyone else.

They also teach that they are begotten just like Jesus was.

Yes I have heard that too... BUT I have never heard any of them say they were virgin born! I have not heard any of them make that statement concerning their physical birth.

They also teach that Jesus was born-again in the 3 days and nights his body was in the tomb while His spirit and soul was in hades.

Yes there are those who teach that. Kenyon seems to started it, then Copeland, Hagin, Osborn, Capps, Price and many others also followed.

I see their point, I see their reasoning, I understand their where they are coming from and it makes "some" sense BUT it is NOT found int he Bible and therefore I would never teach it.

JUST my 2 cents worth!

The fault in Bible complications is not with God or the Bible, but with men who refuse to believe what God says and think we have to interpret what He says in order to get the meaning. Dake Bible -Mark 11:17 note

As I too make that claim above, I can't refute their claim...without further investigation.
They teach that they don't have a God in them for they are a God.
I don't agree with that at all.
They also teach that they are begotten just like Jesus was.
I too make that claim.
Jesus says it is necessary, in John 3; John describes the fruits of it in 1 John 3:9-10; and Peter again references it in 1 Peter 1:23.
The "just like Jesus was" only goes so far, as our rebirth isn't from Mary.
They also teach that Jesus was born-again in the 3 days and nights his body was in the tomb while His spirit and soul was in hades.
I can see that, but only figuratively.
Col 1:18 says..."And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence."
Some may consider that a second birth.
I cannot find any scripture in the Bible that openly supports these doctrines. They have added to God's word in support of this demonic rubbish.
The fruit will tell you if the prophet is from God.
Do they still commit sin ? (Matt 7:15-17)

I believe this is part of the falling away that happens just before the end of the Church age.

I do believe its the flesh that causes jealousy and divisions in the body of Christ.
Some feel superior because they have deeper revelations (so-called) into the word of God.
Just think if Paul did not have that messenger of Satan to buffet him what would have been the outcome of his ministry and the New Testament?
I think Paul sums it up quite well in Galations. 6:7-8;
Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth that shall he also reap.
For he that soweth to the flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.
