Re: Last minute salvation is possible.

Yeah SBD, being healed would be awesome but being saved is even more important. I think he made it home to Heaven. The gospel accounts do not say what happened, only that the deaf & dumb spirit is not allowed to enter him ever again so that means the healed boy would most likely have grasped and und...

Re: Last minute salvation is possible.

Reading this & was thinking of the deaf boy who 2,000 years ago was healed by Jesus Christ and how hard that agony was to watch Jesus Christ be attacked, beaten and crucified. That made me wonder about the scene between the two thieves and how the deaf boy who was healed must have watched the back a...

Re: King David, Uriah, Bathsheba.

The reason I tried to use the ancient comparison with the modern day comparison is to try to put every perspective on the situation at hand here. Something else to consider in those days, Jerusalem was a vast desert and the quality of water may not have been suitable for drinking so wine was used to...

Hi Ironman, that speaks volumes as to Uriah the Hittite being a true combat soldier.

Re: King David, Uriah, Bathsheba.

Hard to say but I would think the general which was King David serving the finest wine to one of his parched soldiers would not be unusual. Maybe it was considered normal so he gladly accepted the wine to help him sleep and forget the war because in those days there was no word called PTSD so he cer...

Re: King David, Uriah, Bathsheba.

Something to consider ... Uriah the Hittite had no chance to forgive David as he died in the kill or be killed environment of the battlefield. His last moments may have been naturally thoughts of his wife Bathsheba then his mother then finally his thoughts turned to God as he took his final breath a...

Re: New "snake handling" video update!

Snakes are best left alone in the wild where they belong and far away from residential homes as much as possible. It is late at night time & I am sleepy tired so I do not have the exact bible chapter & verses. I know God said make no graven image on one of The Ten Commandments and Jesus Christ said ...

Re: Do you obey the WHOLE Gospel?

This has helped me strengthen my walk with the Good Lord, if you have the correct understanding then living this way becomes easier, of course some things are a little harder because some people struggle with personal sins etc. this list has helped me a lot & taken from Dake KJV Study Bible in the b...

Re: Do you obey the WHOLE Gospel?

If you look at the 1,000+ Commandments that Dake outlined. You can see some of the commandments are clearly for the Israelites while some of the commandments are for everybody. It is a matter of using common sense & the discernment of the Holy Spirit. :|
